Our Programs
Empirical evidence shows that children who are exposed to cultural diversity in the early stages of life are less likely to have prejudice toward other cultures in their adult years. Likewise, children who are involved in service activities have been shown to have greater confidence in themselves and feel a greater connection to others. By combining cross-cultural relationships with financial assistance, Kenya Connect promotes grassroots development based on personal connections rather than traditional, hands-off philanthropic approaches.
Through Kenya Connect’s programs, all participating children develop global friendships and experience a heightened sense of involvement in and comfort with today’s rapidly changing world.
