Donations to Schools

Please contact Kenya Connect first to see if there is any fundraising activity being generated toward any specific school that you may have intentions of helping.

The following guidelines should be used for completing the Fund Allocation part of the Donation Request Form:

Indicate the number of the school, for example “A-18”

If you wish to have the school’s committee allocate the funds at their discretion, write “Committee Allocation” (The school’s committee consists of the parents, teachers and the school’s headmaster).

If you wish to have your funds allocated to a specific area, write the name of the category such as “Renovation” or “Sporting Equipment”. If there is a specific item(s) within the category, indicate that as well, for example “3 balls and 1 net”.

If you don’t have a specific school in mind but want your donation to go toward assisting schools, simply write “General School Fund”. Allocation will be handled by Kenya Connect’s field director in Kenya in coordination with the local headmasters.
